Sometimes you just have to go dark. Our dark roast offering uses our Mexico beans from small-scale farmers in the mountains of Chiapas and pushes them a few clicks past medium to bring out the caramel while not scorching off the unique varietal characteristics.

This is a sweet cup led by brown sugar, buckwheat honey, and, of course, caramel. You'll also find hints of tanned leather and barbecue smoke. Not complicated. Highly satisfying and smooth.
