Our dark roast offering is a careful blend of Central and South American beans. We push this blend a few clicks into dark territory to bring out the caramel while not scorching off the varietal characteristics. No charcoal (or excess bitterness) in sight.

This is a sweet cup led by brown sugar, buckwheat honey, and, of course, caramel. You'll also find hints of tanned leather and barbecue smoke. Not complicated. Highly satisfying and smooth. Great for espresso.
Finish: Looooong...to the horizon. The sweetness lingers like a needy puppy.
