Dried fruit (currants among others), burnt orange peel, lightly tanned leather, cacao, and blackberry. Akin to a dry red wine from Spain (tempranillo) or southern France (grenache).

Roasting Profile: The target for our medium roasts is what we call the "magic middle" where the brightness--represented primarily here in the citrus notes--is tamed and balanced by the caramelized flavors.
