The stainless steel filter is one of the great inventions of coffee brewing history. Our filters--now available in small and large--are double-wall, stainless steel design that filter out almost as much of the "fines" as a paper filter while allowing the flavor-carrying oils to pass through into your cup. They're versatile (you can literally hold them with one hand hand while pouring water with the other), portable (great for camping), durable, and if you take care of them they should last a long time.
